Jeff Cramer and his father founded their first home building company in 2006 as CBG Homes and eventually reformed into Latitude 34 Construction in 2019. We have been building custom luxury homes for more than 17 years. We are a family owned and operated company that proudly strives to complete each construction project with the same care and attention that we would give to our own homes. Our reputation in the area continues to grow as a dependable source for luxury affordable new construction.

He started building homes with a national home builder in the early 2000s and by 2006 had launched off on his own to construct custom family homes. His home-building experience, ability to run a lean organization, and customer service attitude are big attributes to help us achieve our customers' goals.
Jon Macdonald
Customer Project Manager
A Greenville native and graduate of Furman University where he played football and ran track. He is a second-generation realtor in the SC Upstate market and has been in residential real estate for over 9 years and involved in various aspects of the building process for over 4 years. His experience in real estate brings valuable perspective and expertise to the building process.
Edmund Del Angel
Lead Superintendent
Edmund got his start in commercial construction working on major highway construction projects, and made his way into running residential construction projects. He has worked with Latitude 34 Construction for more than 4 years and has successfully remodeled and constructed countless homes. Edmund oversees all site activity and trades in the field.
