Plan, Land, and Engagement
❖ Secured land and/or lot ready for build.
❖ Secured plan with the license to construct.
❖ Signed engagement letter with a non-refundable deposit.
Selections, Budget, and Contracts
❖ Working with the Latitude 34 team the buyer makes all custom selections using our selections sheets and trade catalogs.
❖ Latitude 34 will then create and finalize the full budget & allowances for construction in preparation for construction start and if necessary - bank submission.
❖ Sign construction contract.
Bank and Permit
❖ Submit all paperwork for financial approvals.
❖ Submit all paperwork to county and governing bodies construction permits.
Construction to Close
❖ Construction will commence at bank closing.
❖ We will host several walkthroughs during construction: Slab walk through - Frame & Mechanicals walkthrough – Post sheetrock walkthrough - Final walkthrough.
